- STEP 3. Add grinded mixture into milk and stir until it gets a perfect thick batter. also rice gets finely cooked. It may get 10-12 minutes.
- STEP 4. Cool the Paan kher and ready to serve
- STEP 5. Garnish it with sweet cherries, dry fruits and rose petels.
