  3. Sprinkle the pitta breads with a few drops of water. Put on another baking tray and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cut the pittas in half and open them out to make pockets. Fill with the chicken, tzatziki and the salad to serve.

Serve with a fresh green salad, or skinny fries. Gently fry till the marinade is evaporated and the chicken is cooked and golden. Serve with low fat houmous, pitta breads and a green salad. Divide the bottle of Spedie Sauce.
