- Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Put some heavy cream in a bowl and add cinnamon to taste. Brush the pie crust with this mixture and then add the pie filling
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce the temperature to 350 and cook for an additional 40 minutes
- Let cool
Or you can make the pie, loosely wrap it in plastic wrap and keep it chilled in the refrigerator for up to two days. For the cranberries: Place cranberries in a large bowl; set aside. It's is the best pumpkin pie because it actually has a bit of spice in it. Other recipes taste like a big ball of sugar and cinnamon.
