  6. preheat oven to 375°F. before putting frozen tart shell into the oven put foil filled with pennies or pie weights to the frozen tart. bake for 25-30 mins. then remove pennies or pie weights and bake for no longer than 5-8 mins. let the tart cool to room temp.
