  10. After peeling(if you have a potato cutter you can use to cut the shapes you desire I used a chips cutter) or you can cut using your hands but try and make the sizes even. As you cut put them in salty water again
  11. Heat your oil
  12. Using a kitchen towel dry the first batch of potatoes you want to put in the oil
  13. Carefully put the dried potatoes and allow them to cook to your satisfaction
  14. Once ready remove carefully from the oil and put on an oil drainer to drain excess oil
  15. On a clean plate put your bugger and serve with fries and either add ketchup and chilli on the side or on the fries
