  2. Combine all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour into dry ingredients and mix to combine into a soft dough.
  3. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and kneed for about ten minutes. Put dough into a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Leave in a warm place to prove for about an hour (until doubled in size).

  7. Place the buns into a greased baking dish/cake tin. I use a 20cm x 20cm pyrex baking dish but anything along those lines should be fine. Allow to rise for a further 20 minutes.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden on top and cooked through.
