Instructions to make Fish curry:
  1. Heat the pan and add oil
  2. Add - cinnamon -cloves -cumin - pepper -fennel seeds -garlic - 4 cloves -ginger -chilli powder -curry masal -coriander powder turmeric powder -coconut tamarind -onion (1) -tomato and salt to taste
  3. Fry until raw smells goes
  4. Let it cool and grind to smooth paste
  5. Heat the pan and add oil
  6. Add fenugreek seeds and 2 finely chopped onions, roughly chopped garlic (15 cloves) and green chilli
  7. Add the ground masala paste
  8. Add water for required consistency
  9. Let it boil and add the fish.
  10. Close and cook for 10 min
  11. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves ! And voila ! Fish curry is ready.
