  13. Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Get 1 chopped onion(small slices)
  15. Get 1 tsp oil

Garam masala is a warmer Indian spice blend that includes cinnamon, cloves and plenty of black pepper. Curry powder comes in many different forms, but it usually uses turmeric as its base. Instructions to make Curry:
  1. Take a Kadai, heat oil in Kadai,add mustard seeds, cardamom, methi powder,curry leaves, green chilli, red dry chilli in it and fry it for two minutes.
  2. Add grind onions and ginger garlic paste in it. After two minutes add salt and turmeric powder in it.
  3. Side by side mix besan in buttermilk.then add this in the kadai and stirr continuously
  4. Cook it on high to medium flame for 20 minutes, add little amount of water if needed during cooking.
  5. Add chopped onions then cook for5 minutes.
  6. Now curry is ready to serve with rice
