- Get 1 chopped onion(small slices)

- Take a Kadai, heat oil in Kadai,add mustard seeds, cardamom, methi powder,curry leaves, green chilli, red dry chilli in it and fry it for two minutes.
- Add grind onions and ginger garlic paste in it. After two minutes add salt and turmeric powder in it.
- Side by side mix besan in buttermilk.then add this in the kadai and stirr continuously
- Cook it on high to medium flame for 20 minutes, add little amount of water if needed during cooking.
- Add chopped onions then cook for5 minutes.
- Now curry is ready to serve with rice
