The ingredients needed to make Telagapindi Curry:
  1. Make ready 1 Cup Thelagapindi/Sesame seeds powder
  2. Take 4-5 garlic cloves
  3. Prepare 6 chopped green chillies
  4. Make ready to taste salt
  5. Prepare 2 broke red chillies
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  7. Take 2 bunch Curry leaves
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  9. Make ready 1 chopped onion

Peel the skin and check for bitterness. Chop the ridge gourd into bite sized pieces and keep aside. Heat kadai, put garlic flakes and dry roast them on low flame. Once garlic is done, add drum stick leaves, fry them.

Steps to make Telagapindi Curry:
  1. Take a pan & add oil in it & heat it.Add mustard seeds & fry it.
  2. Now add garlic pieces,onion pieces & fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add red chilli pieces, green chilli pieces, curry leaves & mix it thoroughly for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add water & mix it thoroughly.Cover the pan with lid & medium the stove.
  5. After 5 minutes, open the lid & mix it thoroughly.
  6. Wait for another 3 minutes & add 2 tea cups of water, if required.
  7. Now add thelagapindi in this pan & mix it thoroughly & add another 2 tea cups of water.
  8. Now sim the stove & keep mixing the item for 10 minutes till it is dried.
  9. After the curry is dried, add salt & mix it thoroughly.
  10. Cover the pan for 2 minutes & off the stove.
  11. Thelagapindi kura is ready to serve.
