- Put oil in a sufuria and add your onions
- Add in garlic and ginger paste and stir
- Add your tomatoes and let them cook well
- Add in the carrots, tumeric powder and curry powder and let it cook for a minute
- Add in your ndengu, sprinke youe ground beef cube and Cook for 5 minutes add some water to have some stew
- Serve with a delicacy of your choice
