Take a pan add oil and then add chicken cubes,and ginger garlic paste and fry the chicken to change the colour and then add tomato paste,green chili paste,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,zeera powder, Tikka masala,chat masala, crushed red chilli powder,black pepper and mix it for a 2 minutes and cover the chicken on a medium flame for a 15 minutes.after 15 min then add the gram masala powder and mix it for a 2 min then off the flame.
  5. Take a pan add half tspoon coriander,1 tspoon zeera,1tspoon, crushed red chilli powder 1 tspoon and rosted for a 2 min After 2 min then off the flame.
  6. In a mixer then add all roasted masala and add black salt and mix it.
  7. Serving : Take a dish add a boil spaghettis then add curry,and then add chicken and add lemon juice and then add mint leaves and then add half tspoon rosted masala powder and add papdi. And the khousa is ready.
