  19. Take 1 tomato
  20. Prepare 1 onion
  21. Prepare 2 Teaspoon coriander leaves
  22. Make ready to taste Salt
  23. Prepare 2 Green chilli
  24. Prepare 1 Red chilli
  25. Make ready 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  26. Make ready 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  27. Get as needed Oil
  28. Take For green chilli thecha
  29. Get 100 gram green chilli
  30. Make ready 8 garlic cloves
  31. Prepare 3 tsp Oil
  32. Take 50 gram coriander leaves
  33. Take to taste Salt
  34. Get 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  35. Prepare For Raita
  36. Make ready 1 cup curd
  37. Make ready handful Mix chivda
  38. Prepare 2 tsp Oil
  39. Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  40. Make ready to taste Salt
  41. Take 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  42. Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

Vegetarian v "If you can't choose when it comes to curry, you're going to love this gorgeous thali made up of three delicious dishes, dips and a golden homemade paratha for mopping it all up with. This Vegetarian thali consists some of the simple dishes, but is a deeply satisfying meal. It is rightly said that "Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication". Items on the thali are chavli usal, khamang kakdi, alu vadi, chapatis, lemon pickle, dal rice (varan bhat) and rice kheer.

Steps to make Veg Thali:
  1. For methi dal
  2. Add oil in a pan add garlic paste and add onion, tomato, green chilli and saute them for 5 minute in slow flame
  3. Add chopped methi and saute them for 5 min add boiled tur dal and add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cover with lid for 2 min
  4. Add some coriander your methi dal is ready
  5. For mix veg
  6. Add oil in a pan add green chilli and garlic paste then add onion till onion is brownish add tomato, potato, cauliflower, beans, capsicum.
  7. Add all masala and mix it add some water and saute them for 10 min
  8. For green chilli thecha
  9. In a mixer pot add 8 piece of garlic, coriander, green chillies and add some salt and cumin powder.
  10. Grind it like a paste then add oil in a pan and add thecha then switch off the flame and your thecha is ready
  11. For raita
  12. Add curd in bowl and add mix chivida in it add oil in a pan and add mustard in it and give temering (tadka) your Raita is ready
