  1. Take a big vessel, keep on high flame of gas, add water more than needed to steam rice, when water come to boiling point, add basmati pulav rice, add some salt, cover lid, simmer gas, after 10 minutes, open lid, check it, rice is almost cooked, turn of gas, strain out excess water..
  2. Take a kadai, add ghee, jeera, green chilli, curry patta, elaichi, dalchini, tejpatta, cloves, add onions, saute for 3 to 4 minutes, add slitted cashews and almonds, now add all chopped veggies, stir well, cover lid, flame should be medium, after 10 minutes check all veggies are cooked.
  3. Now add salt to taste, garam masala, stir well.. Add cooked rice in kadai, stir softly, make sure cooked rice should not be break..
  4. Add little water,if needed, Cover lid for 5 minutes. Check it once, turn off gas, mix veg pulav is ready to serve.. Sprinkle some chopped coriander..
  5. Take a serving pan, serve simple, very easy, to cook, hot and yummy mix veg pulav with raita, papad, achar of your choice..
  6. Useful tip ***** Strained cooked rice water can be used to cure diarrhea disease, just add buttermilk in this water, add pinch of rock salt and roasted jeera powder.. you can try once, it's taste is delicious, I always drinking as digestive drink..
