- Roast semolina in pan on low flame for 5 minutes. Remove from pan,keep aside. Keep other ingredients ready.
- In the same heat, ghee add chana dal saute for 10 sec add urad dal saute for 10 sec, now add mustard seed then add cumin when splutter add curry leaves.
- Now add cashews,saute for half minute then add chilli, carrot, capsicum, peas saute for 1 minute.
- Now add warm water & salt, boil it for 5 minutes. Add semolina slowly and stir continuosly (take care lumps are not formed). Mix well, relish with tea.
