- Firstly roast Sooji in low flame till for 5 to 7 mins, and in the Pan/ Kadai,roast Peanuts.In Kadai put Oil when heating,put Gas on low flame,put urad dal, chanadal, saute for few minutes,add mustard seeds, when crackles,put roasted peanuts, chopped onions,fry for few minutes,put currypatta, green chillies,
- Now add all chopped Vegs,fry for few minutes, put water as required, and Salt as per taste, come to boiling put roasted Sooji,and cover it for five minutes in low flame.
- Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and lemon juice and serve hot
