Instructions to make Masala chips:
- Peel potatoes and cut into your normal size chips sticks.
- Fry your chips then put aside.
- In a pan put a little oil add your finely chopped onion and fry until soft,add garlic and stir for a few seconds,keep on medium heat.
- Then add tomatoes,salt,pepper,lime and stir for a minute.
- Add tomato paste and cook for another minute.
- Then add the fried chips and stir throughly add coriander and capcicum stir for 30 seconds and remove from heat.
- Serve hot.
