  1. First all the items chopped like idli tomato potato capsicum egg etc. And keep separately.
  2. Now take a pan add oil and heat it and saute iddli till colour change little.and take out ina plate and saute all veggies one by one.except egg add little salt and pepper.
  3. And saute for 1 minute with gently miX now plating first arrange idli and spread all veggies add chopped boiled egg and sprinkle little salt and pepper.
  4. Now grate amul cheese on the top and sides garnish with tomato and capsicum. It looks awesome enjoy it and relish the taste of idli salad.
  5. You can use paneer plain or marinated that time I had already ready paneer for paneer tikka.
  6. Actually I prepared idli in breakfast and 5 iddlis left so I made this innovative salad.I hope you like it.
