Instructions to make Moonglet😋:
- In a Container with full of water add Mung bean and Soaked it for 5 to 6 hours after that blend it into a Blender and make a smooth paste Afterwards add 1 Spoon Turmeric Powder,1 Spoon Cumin Seeds, Salt to taste, Astefotida 1/4 Spoon mix well all ingredients together.
- Now Mix well all the Veggies Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Capcicum, Ginger Paste 1 Spoon, Garlic Paste 1 Spoon, Green Chillies mix well. Afterward at last when you are going to cook add Eno fruit salt with 1 Spoon Oil mix well. Then keep the Kadhai on flame Grease with 2 Spoons Oil then put Mung bean Paste Over it near about 2 Bowl full.
- After 1 to 2 min Sprinkle Some Chilli Flakes, Green fresh Coriander, Sesame Seeds Cover the lid and cook for 5 to 7 min on medium flame after that Change the side and cook 5 to 7 min on another side.
- Now again change the side and scratch with the help of spatula and fill the butter into it and cook for 5 to 7 min to become crispy. Afterwards serve it hot to the Plate with any chutney or sauce it's delicious and healthy salty recipe crispy outside soft inside.
