Add in dry red chilli and cashews and fry till the cashew turn golden brown. Thinly slice chicken breasts and put into a bowl. Chicken strips marinated, fried and sauteed in a spicy and tangy sauce. Serve dragon chicken as an appetizer or as a side dish with chicken fried rice or vegetable fried rice or Singaporean fried rice or any other Asian rice preparation.
Steps to make Crispy Dragon chicken:
- Take chicken pieces in a bowl and add ingredients under marination.Combine well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Take a pan add oil and deep fry chicken pieces in medium flame.
- Take a wok add 2tbsp oil. Add cashews.When it gets aromatic add ginger garlic chopped.Then add onions and capsicum chopped. Add chilli flakes.
- When onions are transparent add sauces.Add sugar to balance.
- To this add cornflour mixture(3tbsp cornflour+5tbsp water).Add/2cup water give about. Check for salt. Mix chicken pieces with gravy. Serve with roti.
