- In a pan heat a tbsp of oil and add ginger garlic. Now Add finely chopped onions and all other veggies and saute on a high flame. Add the masala powder and pepper powder. Mix well until cooked. Add spring onion greens or coriander leaves whatever his available. Set aside to cool.
- Now take a small portion from dough and roll into thin circles. Place the filling and close the four edges. You can make your own shapes like gujiya or modak one's too.
- Place it in a steamer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked. Take out and serve along with spicy red chutneyπ
- For fried momos, deep fry the steamed momos in hot oil. The momos should be cooled before deep frying.
