Peanuts have a long shelf life. Making peanut chutney is a quick process. You can make chutney with either raw or roasted peanuts. You can serve this Indian peanut chutney with idli, dosa, chapatti, uttapam, paratha, poori, rotti etc.

Steps to make Veggie Uttapam with Peanut Chutney:
  1. Take a Container add Rice 3 Cup, Black Gram 1 Cup, Fenugreek 1 spoon,Chura 1 Cup Soaked it for 5 to 6 hours then after that blend in a mixer jar and make a smooth batter add salt milk well and ferment for 6-7 hour after that Your batter is Ready.Now take all the Veggies and Chopped it.
  2. For making Uttapam put the batter on oil grease pan after that decorate All the Vegetables and cook for 5-7 min each side and while cooking cover the pan with lid.
  3. For making Peanut Chutney take a Jar add Roasted Peanut,Curd, Chopped Green fresh Coriander, Green chillies,Salt, Lemon juice mix well in a grinder make a smooth paste.then take a Kadhai or Pan add oil heat it then add Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves,Dry Red Chilli heat for 2 min then add Paste into it and Stir continuously for 5 min if required add some water your peanut Chutney is Ready to Serve with Uttapam 😋🤩
