- Combine the rava and curd with approx 5 tbsp of water and mix well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Add the carrot, capsicum, onions, green chilli paste, salt and mix it well. Now add eno. Heat the oil in pan add mustard seeds. Add to the mixture.
- Heat the appe mould on medium flame and grease it. Pour 1 tbsp of batter into each mould. Cook using 1/2 tsp oil till the lower surface become golden and turn then each appe upside down.
- Cook them from the other side. Serve the appe with coconut chutney
Just blitz chutney ingredients (coconut, cilantro, mint, green chilies, ginger and lemon juice) in a blender to a thick paste and chill until your appe batter is. To prepare the appe first heat the pan on low flame and when hot grease each depression of the appe pan with oil. Cover with a steam lid and cook on low flame till light brown in colour.
